ArchCap Pte. Ltd. (“ArchCap”) is an independent asset management company and multi-family office serving qualified accredited private clients and their families. We are a Capital Market Services Licensee and an Exempt Financial Adviser regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).

By using the website www.arch-cap.com and any of its pages, you confirm that you have reviewed, understand and agree to the following important legal information and terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms, please exit this site immediately.

The information on this website is intended for Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors only. By accessing this site, you represent and warrant that you are an accredited investor or institutional investor as defined in the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

The terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceeding, and to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with our site or from a dispute as to the interpretation or breach of the terms, and for such purposes, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Each party hereby waives any objection which it might at any time have to the courts of Singapore being nominated as the forum to hear and determine any proceedings and to settle any disputes.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this disclaimer and terms and conditions of use is found to be unenforceable, that finding will not affect the validity of any other provision.
