Howard Koh
Position: Chief Executive Officer
Howard has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector has worked in several locations including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Boston, New York and Singapore. Before setting up ArchCap, Howard worked for Credit Suisse for 16 years. He was Managing Director in charge of the Local Emerging Markets Trading and was also the Head of Treasury for the Singapore Branch, and held senior trading position in complex derivatives and emerging markets while he was in Hong Kong and New York.
Howard started his career in 1994 at UBS in Singapore on the bond proprietary arbitrage desk. He subsequently worked in Tokyo trading interest rate derivatives. He had also worked in Boston for FleetBoston Financial as Head of non-USD derivatives before joining Credit Suisse New York in 2004. Howard, a Singapore citizen, and graduated from the London School of Economics.
Louise Li
Position: Chief Operating Officer
As ArchCap’s COO, Louise is responsible for leading various support functions for ArchCap. She oversees the daily business operations and administration of the company as well as ensuring that all its systems, resources, and people are in good form.
Louise is a Canadian Citizen and Singapore PR. She has a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University and is admitted to the New York Bar.
Koh Hooi Hien
Position: Head of Wealth Management
Hooi Hien has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, starting his career as a financial services consultant at Accenture in 2000 before moving on to the Monetary Authority of Singapore in 2003. Hooi Hien has been assisting his clients with managing their wealth since 2007 when he joined UBS in Singapore.
He had moved to UBS in Hong Kong in 2009 and continued to grow his career as a client adviser till 2015. With the support of his clients, he ventured into the multifamily office space and has since assisted his clients with managing their family assets, designing their holding structures, plan for succession and grooming their second generation.
Goh Tee Leng
Position: Portfolio Manager
Tee Leng has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining ArchCap, he was a Portfolio Manager at another financial institution managing a long-only, value-oriented equity fund based in Singapore.
Tee Leng, a Singapore citizen, and graduated from the University College of London.
